TERMS OF ADVERTISING:
All contracts are for a term of one-year and all advertising fees are to be prepaid upon signing of the contract. Advertisers will provide ready-to-place ads unless prior arrangements were made with ParishWorld.net. All ads must be consistent to the ParishWorld.net standards for decency and content. ParishWorld.net reserves the right to refuse any advertising as it may deem necessary. ParishWorld.net shall perform its best efforts to publish all advertising on schedule. However, in no event shall ParishWorld.net be liable for failure to publish advertising when specified by the advertiser. In the event that no advertising is published, any charges thereof received by ParishWorld.net shall be refunded. In all cases, ParishWorld.net’s liability will not exceed the cost of the advertising space occupied. I have also read the most recent ParishWorld.net advertising rate schedule and agree to comply with the policies listed therein.
